MY SISTER’S CLOSET OF MONROE COUNTY

25TH ANNIVERSARY POSTER

This is a poster that I created in March of 2023 to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of My Sister’s Closet of Monroe County.

I incorporated pictures from various years of various events, found on our website and social media. I did this to convey what has allowed My Sister’s Closet of Monroe County to continue it’s mission for 25 years: the people who support the nonprofit.

This design concept, created on Canva, was replicated in posts, social media headers, and various other programs commemorating the 25th anniversary of the organization.

HIGH TEA POSTER

This is a poster that I created in the last month as the Social Media Marketing Manager in April 2023. The poster advertises the services available with high tea in the formal room.

I created this design on Canva, using an image of the tea cart that I had taken during a trial run and a QR code that links to high tea reservations.

RELOCATION FUND CALL-TO-ACTION POSTER

This is a poster that I created in October 2023 about the to profit’s relocation fund.

This Canva-created design features an emotional appeal about the effects of not giving to the relocation fund and a QR code that links to the relocation fund’s donation page.

This poster is still featured in the dressing rooms of My Sister’s Closet’s of Monroe County’s resale boutique. The target audience for the poster are resale boutique shoppers who may not know about the nonprofit’s mission.

ALTERATIONS POSTER

This is a poster that I created for my Public Relations internship during the Winter of 2022, advertising the recent alterations department that opened in conjunction with the new formal room.

I created this design on Canva, and this poster is still on the walls of My Sister’s Closet of Monroe County’s resale boutique.

STUDENT EXECUTIVE BOARD POSTER

This is a poster that I created in September 2023 for IU’s involvement fair.

The design was made on Canva and features all the available internship and work-study programs available for IU students. The two QR codes link to an application through the nonprofit’s website and Handshake, an internship and job placement platform that the university uses.

The poster’s intended audience is IU undergraduate and graduate students.
